CONTEST RULES

NAME OF THE AWARD COMPETITION

"Paneli.hr Prize Competition"

Article 1 – ORGANIZER

The competition is organized and presented by: LEOSUPPLY doo

(hereinafter referred to as: Organizer).

Article 2 – DURATION, PURPOSE AND VENUE OF THE COMPETITION

The prize competition is being held for the purpose of promoting the Organizer on social networks.
It starts on April 28, 2025 and lasts until May 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m., throughout the Republic of Croatia.

Article 3 – PROMOTION AREA

Promotional materials will be available at:

• official Facebook, Instagrams and other social networks of the Organizer

• website www.paneli.hr

Article 4 – PRIZE DETAILS

The prize awarded at the end of the competition is:

• 2x Acoustic panel 270x60 cm in color of your choice (Natural Oak, Black Oak, Dark Walnut or Walnut) worth €170.00 .

Rules for claiming the prize:
The prize is not exchangeable for money, another service or product.

Article 5 – RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who:

• follow the Organizer's Instagram, TikTok or Facebook profile,

• and/or are registered in the Organizer's newsletter,

• and/or made a purchase on the webshop.

Members of the Organizer and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Article 6 – METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

To participate you need:

1. Follow the Organizer on Instagram and/or Facebook.

2. Tag two friends in the comment below the post.

3. Choose the desired color of the acoustic panel in the comments.

4. Sign up for the newsletter via the website.

5. (Optional) By purchasing from the webshop, you are automatically entered into the draw.

All steps must be completed by May 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Article 7 - DISQUALIFICATION

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

• did not complete all steps to participate,

• they use fake profiles,

• publish inappropriate content.

Article 8 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

We will select the winner at random using a random selection system like random.org .

Article 9 – RECEIVING THE PRIZE

The winner will be announced on the Organizer's official Facebook and Instagram profiles and on the website no later than 15.05.2025 .
Further communication will continue via email.
The winner must confirm their identity with an ID card and sign the Prize Handover Record.

Article 10 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

By participating in the prize competition, participants confirm that they accept these Rules and that they are familiar with the rights and obligations under them.

Article 11 – PUBLICITY

By participating, you agree that your name and image may be published for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Article 12 – ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The winner's name will be published no later than May 15, 2025 on the Organizer's official social networks and website.

Article 13 – PARTICIPATION OF MINORS

Minors may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
In the event of a win, the prize will be claimed by the parent/guardian upon presentation of proof of custody.

Article 14 – TAXES AND DUTYS

The winner does not bear any taxes, duties or fees related to the prize.

Article 15 – IRREGULAR APPLICATIONS

Incomplete or incorrect applications are considered invalid.

Article 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, the Municipal Court in Varaždin has jurisdiction.

Article 17 – TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer may terminate the prize competition in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, with timely notification to the participants.

Article 18 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules, and participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Article 19 – DISCLAIMER

This competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.
All data provided by participants is collected exclusively by the Organizer for the purposes of implementing the competition.

Participants who post content on social media agree that the Organizer may use that content for promotional purposes. The Organizer is not responsible for any misuse of the posted content by third parties.
